What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy.
Reiki is used to transmit or channel this energy to yourself and others.

Reiki Master?
- There are 3 levels of attunements to become a Rieki master.
- The first degree attunes you to healing the physical body.
- The second degree attunes you to healing the mental and emotional bodies.
- The third degree attunes you to healing the spiritual body.

- You can use Reiki for self healing, healing others and healing your pets.
